Data we collect

For a takeover we collect the submitted word, public holder name, optional destination URL, email address, IP address, order identifier, amount, timestamps and status. The email is encrypted at rest by the application. We do not collect or store card numbers or CVC values.

Payment provider

Payment occurs on an iyzico Link page. Any identity, card, billing or payment data requested on that page is handled by iyzico under its own terms and privacy practices.

Public information

The word, public holder name, optional destination URL, paid amount and takeover time are intended to be public after approval and may remain in the historical record, subject to legal and safety removals.

Why we use data

We use data to reserve and match takeovers, prevent abuse, verify payment, provide support, maintain the public timeline and comply with legal obligations.

Typography provider

The site may load font resources from Google Fonts (Google). When those resources are requested, standard connection data such as IP address and browser request information may be processed by that provider. If you prefer to eliminate this third-party request, replace the font stylesheet with local/system fonts.

Security and retention

WebOneWord uses HTTPS, CSRF protection, rate limiting, prepared database queries, encrypted email storage and restricted administrative access. Transaction and security records are retained only as long as needed for operational, dispute, accounting and legal purposes.

Applicable privacy laws may give you rights to access, correct, restrict or request deletion of personal information. Contact us to make a request. Some transaction or historical records may need to be retained for legal or integrity reasons.
